Begining

First of all, I'd like to write, how to I become to idea to built a garden railway. Well, as long as I remember myself, interest of railways was always there and with my good friend support and advice, I start to build a garden railway. This friend of mine also have garden railway, but his is different scale. His scale is 1/17,5 and model of broad gauge railway. It is good to have your own railway, where you are engineer, stationmaster, railway guard, track master etc.

I hesitated some time, what kind locomotive to build. And I decided, to make locomotive, what was the 1st Estonian built locomotive in narrow gauge (750 mm) railway by local enterpriser Franz Krull ltd. And it was class Sk. Those locomotives constructed in 1931 - 1940 16 units. 1st Sk made in April 1931 and wear class number Sk-151. 1st batch of locomotives were built 10 units. Last locomotive of 1st batch was Sk-150 and released December 1931. 2nd batch were built in 1935 and 3 units and last 3rd batch were built in 1940 and also 3 units, but then was not Estonia free country anymore, Estonia become a part of USSR. This kind of variation also had some effect in local locomotive industry. Last 3 locomotives wear sign "Red Krull".

You can watch steam locomotive technical particulars here. I choose out all of those locomotives Sk-155.
